Mordialloc has a lovely mix of homes: older weatherboards and beach houses near the water, family homes on quiet streets, and a growing number of townhouses and apartments close to Main Street and the station. On summer weekends the streets near the beach and the creek get busy, which is worth knowing when you are planning where a truck can stop.
Townhouses are the most common challenge here. Many have the main living area or a study upstairs, with a narrow staircase and a turn. We ask for the width and the turn before moving day and give you an honest answer about whether a piano will go up. Older beach houses are usually simpler, though some have raised floors with a few steps to the door.
Wherever the piano is going, it is wrapped in padded covers, strapped to a trolley and travels upright in our truck. At the other end, it is placed exactly where you want it, not left at the front door.

Gabriel and his team at Victorian Piano Transport are amazing. They went above and beyond to move three of our pianos to our music school. They transported the pianos to our new location and used a crane to safely get the pianos to the first floor of our building. Very fair prices as well. Would definitely recommend.
